I found this quote, and it is speaking right to my heart today! Everyone needs to watch out, because I am in full force mode...and things are changing! It won't be the fast change that I want, but slowly this will all come into play for me!

On another note...we had a TERRIFIC weekend, with even more BEAUTIFUL weather! Ricky will take his last part of his Compass Exam on Wednesday! Things are falling into place for myself and my family. I hope you all had a fantastic weekend, and are embarking on a wonderful week. Til next time...

Easter weekend!

Let's just say we had the best Easter weekend! It was spent with family and friends!! On top of the great company, we received the infamous glittery letter that said "YAY Ricky Anderson, we are proud to say here is your GPC ID and welcome"! Now, it's not the traditional acceptance letter I was hoping for, but it was enough to put a huge smile on my hubby's face as well as mine! That was a chore getting everything squared away with his application, and even a bigger mess with applying for FAFSA, but we did it, and we have the letter! Now we are just waiting on FAFSA (Student Loans). We have a method to our maddness. So Ricky's journey begins on Wednesday April 7th at 6:00pm. He will be going up to the school for his Compass Test. I know he is nervous about it, but I tried telling him that no matter how the test turned out....there ain't nothing wrong with taking a few remedial classes! Come on, the boy hasn't been to school since 1998, so that is 12 whole years of no studying, test taking, etc! Hell, I had to take remedial math class when I started college, and that was right after high school! Needless to say, April is turning out to be a great month for us thus far! More on our journey another time! I hope you all had a fabulous Easter weekend!
